House, now pair of attached houses. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar,
lateral stacks and a double-pile roof. Italianate style. Each
of 2 storeys, basement and attic; 3-window range. A
symmetrical front has a banded ground floor to a plat band,
paired first-floor pilasters to a frieze, cornice and coped
attic storey, with a 2-storey side entrance block to the
right. Shallow bays have tripartite windows with dentil
cornices and balustrades, and sashes with margin bars,
first-floor windows with architraves have 6/6-pane sashes, and
3/6-pane attic sashes. A wide doorway with pilasters to an
entablature and a moulded architrave to 2-leaf 2-panel doors,
and a rendered first floor with a single window. INTERIOR not
inspected.
