Attached house. c1830. Possibly by Charles Underwood. Ashlar
with brick party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Pilaster strips,
first-floor sill band, cornice and parapet. A right-hand
doorway has panelled pilasters to an entablature and cornice,
plate-glass overlight and 6-panel door with raised upper
panels with cut out corners. 8/8-pane sashes, 2 to the ground
floor, the central windows to the upper floors are blind, with
wrought-iron basket balconies with arched railings to the
outer first-floor windows. A grille in front of the door
lights a basement 6/6-pane sash. INTERIOR not inspected. Part
of a terrace with Nos 106 & 108 (qv), with Underwood details
like the tripartite windows.
