Attached house and shop. Early C19. Render with limestone
dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. A corner site
has pilasters to a parapet; right-hand semicircular-arched
doorway with raised surround, key and impost, batswing
fanlight, reeded transom and 6-panel door. 6/1-pane
ground-floor sash, 6/6-panes above, a semicircular-arched sash
over the doorway, blind window on the second floor. A curved
1-window right-hand corner has a C19 corner shop front with
panelled timber pilasters to a fascia and ashlar plinth,
2-leaf half-glazed door, left-hand 4-light and right-hand
3-light windows with thin mullions; bowed French windows on
the first floor and second-floor 6/6-pane sash. 1-window range
to right-hand return has 6/6-pane sashes. First-floor
wrought-iron balcony above the shop front has palmettes and
lattice bars. INTERIOR not inspected.
