Mill-owner's house, now offices. c1840, with C20 alterations.
Brick with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3-window range, with
central entrance up steps. 6-panelled door in reeded
architrave with radial fanlight, and flanking 16-pane sash
windows, with flat-arched gauged brick heads. Wide 16-pane
sash windows to first floor (blind central window), and wide
12-pane sashes in upper storey. Moulded eaves cornice and end
wall stacks. The house is integral with St George's Street
Mill (qv) but is built with a redder brick. It is also an
integral build with Nos 25-31 Park Street (qv).
