The description shall be amended to read:-

House. Mid C18, remodelled early C19, with late C19 and C20
alterations. Red brick with painted ashlar dressings. Slate roof
with 4 gable brick stacks. Chamfered plinth. Dentilated eaves.
L-plan with later additions. 3 storey. South front, 3 bay, with
central doorway reached up 3 steps, with glazed double doors and
a moulded ashlar surround with brackets supporting a pediment.
Eitherside are single tripartite glazing bar sashes with
rusticated lintels with double keystones. Above 3 margin light
sashes with similar lintels, and above again 3 smaller similar
windows with similar lintels. West front has late C19, single
storey gabled addition with 3 windows, and to the right a single
glazing bar sash, above a similar sash with segment head to the
left, and to the right a margin light sash. East front has
slightly off-centre doorway with 6 panel door and to the right
a 3 light cross casement with glazing bars. Above to the left a
cross casement with metal glazing, and to the right a glazing bar
sash. Above again a 2 light and a 3 light casement with metal
glazing. Beyond to right a single storey service wing with a 3
light casement, attached to north a 3 metre high brick wall
enclosing rear yard with lean-to out buildings. Wall with gabled
coping and buttresses extends 75 metres along the roadside
boundary and to south enclosing a large rectangular kitchen
garden.
Interior. Retains single flight and return stick baluster stair
case plus panel doors and door surrounds.

House. Early C19. Brick with hipped and gabled plain tile
roofs. Chamfered plinth. Dentillated eaves. 4 ridge and single
side wall stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays. L-plan. Windows are
margin light sashes with multi-keystoned lintels, and sashes and
casements with segmental heads. South front has steps to central
panelled ashlar doorcase with shaped brackets to pediment.
Double glazed doors. Flanked by single tripartite sashes.
Above, 3 sashes. Above again, 3 smaller sashes. East side has
central door and to its right, casement. To right again, 2
storey service wing with larger casement. To right again,
courtyard wall with doorway. Above, 2 casements on each floor,
those to top floor leaded. West side has central gabled early
C20 porch with door flanked by single sashes. To its right a
sash. Above, 2 sashes. Rear has large 2 storey lean-to addition
and gabled stair turret. Adjoining buttressed boundary wall has
gabled brick coping. Approx. 75M long.
