Mid Cl9. Three storeys stucco faced on shallow plinth. Low pitch
hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. Two windows. Second floor:
recessed, sash, later glazing bars, block sills on consoles, flanked
by pilasters. First floor: left hand window similar to those above
but with chamfered edges to the pilasters and frieze and dentil cornice.
Right hand window is a flat fronted bow of three lights, later glazing
bars, pilasters, stepped and dentil cornice breaking forward slightly
to front. Broad moulded sill on consoles. Ground floor: centred recessed
tripartite sash window, no glazing bars, block sill on consoles, end
surround with vermiculated double keystone. Doorways to left and right.
Left hand one deeply recessed panelled and glazed doors, semi-circular
fanlight, flanked by chamfered pilasters flush with wall. Moulded arch
over with keystone. Recessed round-headed doorway to right, plank door,
blind semi-circular fanlight.

Nos 25 and 27 with Nos 45 and 47 form a group.
