Circa 1840. Four storeys faced in stucco. Roof hidden by parapet,
moulded cornice and frieze. Ground floor cornice. One window: third
floor blind, recessed, tripartite, pilasters and block sill. Super-
imposed flat fronted bow windows to first and second floors, three lights
each sash, later glazing bars, pilasters carried down to base of
panelled aprons, friezes and cornices breaking forward slightly to front.
Ground floor window, recessed, sash, later glazing bars, block sill.
Recessed door of four moulded panels, rectangular fanlight, entrance
flanked by Tuscan pilasters. On the North side of the third floor a
recessed sash window with glazing bars and block sill.

Nos 25 and 27 with Nos 45 and 47 form a group.
