Circa 1840 semi detached, as one house. Three storeys and basement
stuccoed. Parapet and moulded cornice. Two tiers of superimposed
flat fronted bow windows. Through three storeys and one window in
centre. The bow windows have three lights each, sash, later glazing
bars, pilasters, carried down into plain aprons, the frieze and
cornice in each case breaking forward and on second floor in line with
main cornice. The centre windows are blind. The basement windows
are recessed sash, one with glazing bars intact. Joint entrance with
doors set well back. Flight of five steps, divided by railings, and
splayed out to sides. Doors recessed panelled and glazed, semi circular
fanlight set in panel to left hand one, right hand one with rectangular
fanlight, marginal glazing bars. The entrance is flanked by Doric
pilasters, frieze over with the cornice of the ground floor bows carried
across.
