Terrace circa 1830 set well back from street and preceding terrace.
Three storeys semi-basement and attic cement rendered. Houses paired
with recessed strip dividing terrace at centre. Mansard slate roof,
two flat roofed casement dormers each. No cornice but coping to wall,
raised to cover eaves. Two windows each, on first and second floor,
one to basement and ground floor. Second floor recessed two light
casements with glazing bars, narrow strips to side, block sill on
consoles projecting from string course. First floor original French
windows set in shouldered architrave surrounds. Cast iron Anthemion
andviturian scroll bracketed balcony to first floor windows in each
house with moulded string course below. Ground floor windows in
ellipical arched recesses, tripartite, sash, glazing bars intact, moulded
sills. Semi basement tripartite, sash windows. Flights of seven steps
leading up to paired entrance with recessed doors of four moulded panels,
flanking Doric pilasters, rectangular fanlights. Pediment over entrance
on scrolled brackets.
