Part of Old Ryde Farm originally and adjacent to No 11 Spencer Road.
Two storeys rendered. Low pitch hipped slate roof, eaves cornice.
Two windows first floor, one on ground floor, recessed, sash, glazing
bars intact, block sills. Venetian shutters to first floor. Recessed
panelled door, flanked by pilaster with bracketed flat hood. North
front of two windows each floor similar to those on South front.

No 3 Market Street with Nos 7 to 11 (odd) Spencer Road form a group.
