House. Early to mid C18 with later C18 and C19 additions and alterations.
Red brick; plain tiled 2-span roof with raised verges on kneelers.
Three storeys with brick plinth and floor bands; 3-bay entrance front with
central doorway; slightly recessed glazing bar sash windows, reduced
proportions to second floor; 6-panelled door with rectangular overlight.
Tuscan portico with detached columns and pilasters, open pediment
(remodelled) and fragmentary entablature. Plastered moulded eaves
cornice, four projecting brick end stacks. Later C18 red brick range
at right angles to rear, now connected to house by C19 flat roofed
extension. Left hand ground floor room contains C18 decorative
plasterwork to ceiling. C19 cast-iron railings and gate posts to front
of house.
