V.C.H. gives 1838 but house appears to be Circa 1820 or before in style. Stuccoed,
with wide, bracketed eaves and hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. South front, 6 windows
with iron verandah on ground floor: above, balcony with hood for the 3 westernmost
window bays and curved bay of 3 windows to theeast with bracket cornice and pediment.
Sashes with glazing bars. West front, 4 windows of which 2 centre project under
pediment. Later porch. L-wing behind, of 3 windows, one with curved iron balcony
with hood on lst floor.
