Circa 1810/20. One of the earlier houses in Ryde, not stucco faced but
of two storeys grey headers with red brick dressings and band between
storeys. Low pitch hipped slate roof, shallow eaves cornice. Three
windows recessed, sash, glazing bars only partly intact, block sills.
Recessed, central panelled door formerly flanked by pilaster with flat
hood.
