House formerly the rectory. Early C18 with later additions; porch dated
1894. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar and freestone dressings.
Collyweston stone slated roofs. Two storeys and attics with single storey
range to right hand. Parapet gables with brick end stacks and moulded corbels
similar to moulded stone eaves cornice. Ashlar band between floors, chamfered
plinth. Dated stone porch with chamfered two-centred arch; glazed door with
reeded wooden architrave. Two ground floor C19 hung sash windows with margin
glazing bars and inserted flat ashlar arched heads; three first floor
casement windows and three dormer windows with boarded gables. Original
moulded ceiling cornices.
