Pair of early C19 2 storey red brick cottages. Low pitch hipped slate roof
with shallow flat moulded eaves. No 31 has 2 windows, No 33 one, each floor,
recessed sashes glazing bars intact, flat stucco arches. Doors of 4 moulded
panels, rectangular fanlights of 3 panes. Architrave cases with moulded cornice
over frieze. Group value and part of same block as Nos 1 to 5 (consec) Bedford
Street.

Nos 31 and 33 form a group with Nos 1 to 5 (consec) Bedford Street.
