Row of early C19 2 storey red brick cottages. Low pitch hipped slate roof
with shallow flat moulded eaves. One window each, recessed sashes glazing
bars intact, flat stucco arches. Doors of 4 moulded panels, rectangular fanlights
some retaining 3 panes. Architrave cases with moulded cornice over frieze.
Group value.

Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group with Nos 31 and 33 Castle Road.
