GV II

Cottage. Probably C18 origins remodelled in late C19. Painted rendered stone
rubble and cob. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Yellow brick ridge stack.
Plan: interior not inspected but apparently a 2 room and lobby entry plan. The
cottage may well have been divided into 2 occupations at one time as there is a
blocked doorway to the right gable end.
2 storeys. 3 window range. All 4 panes horned sashes. Ground floor has 3 over 6
paned to left and shallow canted bay window with hipped asbestos slate roof and sash
with margin glazing bars to right of brick porch with gabled asbestos slate roof,
crested ridge tiles and spike finial.
Interior not inspected.
