C18, early C19. 2 storeys and attic, 4 windows. Hipped red tile roof,
4 small hipped roofed dormers (with casements), brick dentil eaves. Red
brick walling in Flemish bond, rubbed flat arches (one wider than present
opening), plinth. Sashes in exposed frames, western windows larger, the
lower with cill at ground-floor. Wooden doorcase has a moulded pediment,
supported on carved brackets above plain pilasters, architrave with simple
moulding, 1/2-glazed door on a stone step. West elevation of 3 windows (2
dormers), east has 2 windows (2 dormers), the ground-floor one having been
blocked, the other masked by a single-storeyed service wing with a slate
roof.
