C16 (Dendrochronologically dated to 1564), early C19, C20. Late medieval timber-framed house, with later brick cladding, and recent western extension. Two storeys, three windows on first floor. Red tile roof, half-hipped, catslide at rear: one shafted stack above an interior chimney breast with a staircase on one side. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, cambered openings to ground floor. Modern casements, but two good early C19 metal lights. Once three cottages.
