House, now offices. Mid C19, with late C20 alterations. Brick
with ashlar dressings and slate roof with single gable stack.
Plinth, sillband, dentilled wooden eaves. 2 storeys; 3 window
range. Windows are plain sashes with brick flat arches and
keystones. Ground floor has 2 windows to left and to right, a
round-arched entry with keystone and wrought-iron grille.
INTERIOR not inspected.
