House, now offices. c1840. Ashlar and rendered brick. Roof not
visible. Single side wall brick stack. Vermiculated plinth,
rusticated ground floor, first floor band and sillband,
cornice, eaves cornice and blocking course. 2 storeys plus
basement and attics; 3 window range. 3 plain sashes with
cornices, the central one with a small segmental pediment.
Above, 3 smaller 6 pane sashes. Below, 2 plain sashes and to
right, a large elliptical arched entrance with block keystone
and a pair of framed panelled doors. Basement has 2
segment-headed openings, partially blocked. Rendered right
return has a single window on each floor, the lower one
blocked, all with multi-keystone lintels.
