II

House. Dated 1831. Door and windows renewed late C20. Textured
ashlar with ashlar dressings and slate roof with coped stone
gable stack and single coped gable. Wooden gutter on stone
brackets. Windows have splayed incised lintels. 2 storeys; 2
window range of 16-pane plastic framed imitation sashes. On
the first floor, central datestone with fleurons, inscribed "G
E C 1831". To right, a stone inscribed "Holly Mount". Central
reeded round-arched stone doorcase with imposts, keystone and
fanlight. On either side, a similar 16-pane window to those
above. INTERIOR not inspected.
