Lodge to collegiate school, now University main building (qv).
c1850. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and steep
pitched slate roof with octagonal stone ridge stack. Plinth,
first floor sillband, coped gables. 2 storeys; 2 window range.
To right, a gabled through-eaves dormer with a 3-light
mullioned casement. Off-centre Tudor arched doorway with
half-glazed door, flanked by a 2-light mullioned window to
left, and a larger 3-light window to right. Windows have stone
mullions. INTERIOR not inspected.
