House, now offices. c1850, with late C19 and C20 alterations
and additions. Brick with stone and stucco dressings and
hipped slate roof with single ridge and 3 side wall stacks.
Plinth, first floor band, modillion wooden eaves. Brick
pilasters flanking the projecting centre and at the angles. 2
storeys; 3 window range. Central projection has a single plain
sash. To right, a similar sash and to left, a C20 window. All
these windows have brick flat arches. Central wooden doorcase
with panelled pilasters and dentilled cornice with half-glazed
panelled door and geometrical overlight. On each side, a
canted wooden bay window with dentilled cornice and plain
sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
