GV II

House, now offices. Mid C19, with late C19 and late C20
alterations and additions. Brick with stone dressings and
slate roof with 2 ridge stacks. Plinth, incomplete first floor
band, moulded wooden eaves. 2 storeys; 3 window range of plain
sashes, the central one with moulded architrave, the outer
ones with brick flat arches. Central Doric doorcase with
dentilled cornice and moulded 6-panel door with geometrical
overlight. On either side, a canted wooden bay window with
dentilled cornice and 3 late C20 cross casements.
