Farmhouse. Early C19 facade, possibly refronting an earlier
building. Brick with plain tiled roof.
2 storeys, 3-window range, the right hand section slightly
advanced, and possibly a slightly later phase. Central
6-panelled door with overlight in moulded architrave. Slightly
recessed to the left, a brick canted bay with dentilled band
and hipped roof, and a 4-pane sash in each side with cambered
brick heads. Two 6-pane sash windows over, the left hand
window blind. To the right of the door a full-height brick
canted bay with 12-pane sash window in each side with
flat-arched gauged brick heads. 6-pane sash windows above, the
central window blind. Parapet eaves and coped gable masking
slope of roof behind. Blind lunette in part-pedimented gable
to left. Parallel range to rear with casement windows with
cambered brick heads. Long rear wing to left incorporating
outbuildings, divided by pilaster buttresses into 3 bays and
with crow-stepped coping on rear gable.
