Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19 with early to mid-C19 additions
and alterations. Red brick with slate roof. H-plan. 2 and 3
storeys. Deep eaves; integral brick end stacks; brick ridge stack
and integral lateral stack to rear. 3 bays; glazing bar sashes
with gauged brick heads, 16-pane to ground and first floors;
central door with flush panels (top 4 panels glazed), 4-part rectangular
overlight, flush panelled reveals and doorcase consisting of panelled
pilasters, shaped brackets, and segmental pediment with broken back
cornice, all set within segmental gauged-brick arched recess; mid-
or late C19 gabled lattice wooden porch with scalloped barge boards
and finial. Interior not inspected but noted as having internal
panelled shutters. The roof might be a mid-C19 replacement (see
deep eaves and verges.
