Town house with later shop. Late C18. Stucco with channelled
rustication with flat arches and dropped keys; moulded parapet
cornice; slatehanging to rear; steep asbestos slate roof;
brick end stack on right. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
regular 4-window range. C20 copies of original 12-pane sashes.
Ground floor has full-width early C20 moulded entablature over
wide late C20 shop front and original doorway on the right
with 8-panel door and segmental-arched fanlight.
