Miller's house. Said to be 1760 and built for a mine captain,
however it appears to be early C19. Killas rubble with granite
dressings; dry slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 16-pane
hornless sashes and central doorway with C20 door.
INTERIOR not inspected but said to retain many original
features including open-well staircase, panelled doors, one
large stone fireplace, another blocked, and roof trusses of
reused ships' timbers.
