Steps and walls east of The Chapel

GV II

Steps and walls of access from former private garden to beach.
c1840s for the Revd William Coope, rector of Falmouth from
1838-1870. Rubble walls with red brick balustrades between
square-on-plan brick piers with stepped pyramidal granite
caps; dressed granite steps. Oval-on-plan stair well with 2
flights of winder steps. Originally part of the Gyllyngdune
Estate. Included for group value.

and Gyllyngdune Gardens (future plan): 1992-).
