Lamp post at entrance to Gyllyngdune
Gardens

Lamp post outside the entrance to a pleasure garden. 1907
manufactured by DM Windsor of Hodeston. Cast-iron. Bulbous
base with anthemion and acanthus decoration, a slender shaft
surmounted by 3 lamps on scrolled brackets surrounding a
taller central lamp. Each lamp has a textured glass globe in
an iron cage surmounted by domed cowls with finials. Included
for group value.
