Garden house. c1870. Red brick with white brick dressings;
plain tile pyramidal roof. Square on plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys 3 bay-range. Ground storey has two arches
to each side, those to south obscured by flight of steps
rising to C20 plank door at first floor. To right of door is
single lancet with cusped timber trefoil insert. Three similar
lancets to east side and two lancets to north side. Eaves
courses of alternating red and black brick.
INTERIOR: roof of arch-braced timbers resting on re-used C15
grotesque corbelheads of ecclesiastical origin. Fireplace in
north-west corner.
