Pair of houses, formerly shops. c1801. Rendered limestone
rubble with brick gable stacks and a stone slate roof.
Single-depth plan with rear outshut.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 2:1-window range. Each has mid
C19 former shop windows to the sides with panelled jambs and
fluted consoles to cornices, No.104 with a 2-light plate-glass
window and No.106 a 3-light C20 mullion and transom window;
No.104 has a central half-glazed door, horned ground-floor
sash with margin panes, and 6/6-pane Yorkshire sashes on the
first-floor; No.106 has a left of centre doorway with
half-glazed door, a lower boarded door to its left and single
central first-floor C20 casement.
INTERIOR: details include an attic with collar truss roof,
boarded door to attic stair, a rear left-hand stair flight
with stick balusters, and a flagged entrance hall room.
