House. Rebuilt mid C19. Rendered limestone rubble with
limestone ashlar plinth, party wall stack and tiled roof.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style.
3 storeys; 2-window range. A symmetrical front has a timber
doorcase with reeded jambs, pulvinated frieze and rectangular
overlight with a 6-panel door, and large, widely spaced
8/8-pane sashes, those on the second floor beneath the eaves.
Rear elevation has 8/8-pane sashes.
INTERIOR: details include a central through-passage divided by
an elliptical arch, a similar arch to the central lateral
left-hand stair with stick balusters and column newels, and a
plain stone kitchen fire surround in the rear left-hand
ground-floor room.
