House, now pair. c1830. Coursed, squared limestone with ashlar
plinth to cill height, brick right-hand gable stack and
interlocking tile roof. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; 3-window range. A near-symmetrical front has
cambered heads to a doorway with plate-glass overlight and
boarded door, a lower left-hand passage entrance with panelled
door. Horned 8/8-pane sashes in exposed boxes; hornless
central 6/6-pane sash, with no central second-floor window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
