Pair of artisans' cottages. 1909. Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Painted pebbledash with plinth of brick in Flemish bond. Roof of tile with swept eaves and exposed rafters. Two storey and two-window range. Identical to the design of Nos. 21 and 23 Asmuns Hill (q.v.). Axial stacks on returns to front slope of roof. Doors and casements of original design. The Asmuns Hill group is a most important example of a complete Parker and Unwin streetscape.
