Detached house. Late C18. Lias stone roughly cut and squared, thatched roof with plain gables; brick end chimney
stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Casement windows with cast iron lattices, small panes with 'Y' traceried heads, 2-light
above and 3-light below, the lower windows under timber lintols: to lower bay 2 a boarded door set in rustic timber and
thatch open porch, up one step. Attached to south gable a long single-storey wing with hipped double Roman clay tiled
roof and brick chimney stack, no windows to west roadside. Interior not seen. House now the Agnes Weston Sailer's Rest
Home.
