House. Dated 1775. Red brick with plain tile roof. L-plan. 2 storeys
and gable-lit attic. Dentil brick eaves cornice and central brick eaves
stack. 2-window front; C19 wooden cross-casements with segmental heads;
central datestone with moulded weathering, inscribed: "TF/RL/1775". Late
C19 lean-to porch set back to right; segmental-headed boarded door in left-
hand return front. One-storey wing at rear with integral brick end stack.
