Wheelhouse and throughway, now agricultural building. Probably earlier C19. Ham stone rubble coursed; Welsh slate roof with stepped coped gables, with ball finial and weathervane to south-west gable. Two storeys, 6 bays. Cast-iron windows with segmental-arched heads, some now blocked; throughway occupies the two north-east bays, with cast iron windows and doorway, all 3-centre arched, in the southern flanking wall, which has an open loft over, with an oval light on the south-west gable. The water wheel on other side of wall, in garden of Parrett House (q.v) was not accessible for inspection.
