Farmhouse. C17. Rendered timber frame with brick infill and plain
tile roof. Two storeys. H-shaped plan. Entrance front: projecting
gabled wings at either side with 3-light C20 casement windows to the
ground and first floor. Recessed between these are two bays with
a verandah porch to the ground floor with a central square pillar of
C20 brick and flat roof to the rear of which are, air left, a
half-glazed C19 door and at right a 3-light casement window. Above,
at first floor level are a 2-light and 3-light C20 casement window to
left and right respectively. To the rear are two similar projecting
gabled wings with jettied first floors and gables with exposed
decorative brackets to the corners. To the centre is a C19 wing of 2
storeys and to right of this is a narrow portion of timber framing
with brick infill. C20 ridge stack to left of centre.
Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams to both floors.
