Pair of cottages. Early C19 with minor C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone
with gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roofs with stone coped gables
to either end with banded ball finials to eaves over moulded kneelers. Stone
gable end stack to west and stone ridge stack. Two storeys, two bays per cottage.
Ty-cerrig to east has central flush doorcase with four-centred, arched lintel
on raised impost blocks, decorated to top corners with relief florets, and
glazed panelled door. To either side, 2-light flush mullion windows with pointed
lights and two similar windows above. Attached cottage to west with similar
elevation, except four-centred arched lintel to doorcase has plain incised
spandrels. All fenestration four-pane casements or fixed lights.
