Cottage. C17, altered in early C19. Coursed gritstone rubble with gritstone
dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof with stone gable end stacks and stone coped
gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys, two bays. Flush doorcase to east with
lintel inscribed 'WPT' and plank door. To west, former flush doorcase now filled
by C20 window. Beyond to west, 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion window with
casements. Above, two recessed and chamfered windows, formerly 2-light, now with
C19 casements. Included for group value only.
