War memorial. 1921. Gritstone. Square plan, with 3 steps supporting a large square base.
The north face inscribed OUR GLORIOUS DEAD, 1914-1918, 1939-1945, the other
faces are inscribed with the names of those who died. Above a stylised Saxon cross. The war
memorial was un-veiled on the 21st of August 1921.
