House, early/mid C19. Dressed sandstone with tooled margins; mid/late C20
concrete tiled roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central, chamfered Tudor-arched
doorway holding 6-panelled door and overlight, under hoodmould with moulded
geometric-pattern finial. Paired renewed sashes in Tudor-arched openings,
each pair within raised chamfered surround under hoodmould. Shallow-
pitched, hipped roof with corniced end stacks.
