Sawmill workshop and stable, early/mid C19. Dressed sandstone. Clay pantiles
on west pitch of roof, Welsh slate on east pitch; with stone ridge copings.
Single storey, 5 windows. Metal casements with lattice glazing in
eliptical-headed openings with voussoirs. Roof hipped at right (south) end.
Boarded doors and sash windows with glazing bars, to rear. Wing adjoining
rear is not of interest.
