Circa 1830 adjacent to canal and probably built in connection with it. 2 storeys
Bath stone. 1st floor sill course returned to sides and rear. Low pitch hipped
slate roof, projecting eaves with widely spaced paired cut brackets. Street
front has 3 windows to 1st floor, 2 to ground floor, recessed sashes, glazing
bars intact. Deeply recessed central door with modern glazing but retaining
semi-circular radial glazed fanlight. To left and right of front are screen
walls swept up to sill course level the right hand one with side door. North
front has 3 windows to both floors, 1 blind, similar to those on main front.
