Front set at right angle to street. Circa 1840 2 storeys painted brick on
rendered plinth. 1st floor sill course. Low pitch hipped slate roof with
shallow eaves cornice. 3 windows lst floor, 2 on ground, recessed sash later
glazing bars, flat brick arches. The ground floor windows and central entrance
in round headed recesses. Door of 6 fielded panels. Good rectangular fanlight
with glazing pattern of linked concave sided diamonds. 3 windows on both floors
to Northgate Street, with similar arched recesses on ground floor, but closer
set than entrance front.
