Farmhouse, now house. Late C17, altered. Coursed sandstone rubble with quoins, slate roof. Two units and two low storeys; two doorways near the centre, both with plain surrounds (the left older), that on the right altered as a window; two windows on each floor, that to left at ground floor square, others C19 in C17 style, of three-lights with recessed chamfered mullions and raised plain surrounds. Left gable wall has a small square window at ground floor, a similar blocked window to each side, and a large fixed window above. Rear has three small windows at first floor (ground floor covered by added lean-to).
Interior: large chamfered spine beam, and chamfered joists with run-out stops in left room, large stone fireplace with chamfered surround and slightly cambered lintel in right-hand room.
