Farmhouse, now office and flat. Later C17, altered. Coursed squared
sandstone with quoins, stone slate roof. Single-depth 2-unit plan. Two
storeys and 2 bays; continuous drip-mould; doorway at right-hand end, with
stop-chamfered surround; 2 windows on each floor, that to left of door
replaced with C19 shop-window, but the others recessed, with double chamfered
surrounds and chamfered mullions, but lacking the 1st and 3rd mullions, and
that at ground floor left replaced with flat-faced mullion. Gable chimneys,
gable copings with kneelers. Left gable wall has one small recessed window
on each floor. Parallel range added at rear not included in the item.
Interior not inspected, but apparently altered.
