Farmhouse. Late C17, altered. Coursed squared sandstone, stone slate roof.
Two-unit plan. Two storeys and 2 bays, symmetrical; chamfered plinth (higher
at rear than front), continuous 1st floor dripmould; central doorway with
plain surround (of C18 type) protected by modern wooden porch; two 4-light
windows on each floor; all with recessed chamfered mullions; inserted window
in centre of 1st floor. Gable chimneys. Rear has various openings, all
apparently insertions.

Interior: a stop-chamfered beam in each room; large chimney breast in right-
hand room (fireplace concealed).
